Steps to Check the NIMASA Shortlisted Candidates 2023/2024
The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency’s management has yet to release the names of selected candidates for the screening exercise, which is part of the recruitment process. As a result, the full list containing the NIMASA shortlisted names has yet to be published.
All 2023 applicants must wait patiently for the full list to be posted on the main NIMASA shortlisted website. Continue reading to find out how to get to the portal and look up your name once the list is published.
Follow the steps below to see if you are one of the NIMASA 2023/2024 shortlisted candidates.
- Visit the official NIMASA shortlisted portal at www.nimasa.gov.ng
- Scroll down to the middle of the home page
- Click on View Full List under Shortlisted Candidates
Take note of the screening date and the required documents because failure to appear at the screening center on time with the required documents means you have declined the job offer.
Apart from checking the list via the official registration portal, the NIMASA management will notify and contact all shortlisted candidates via their registered email addresses regarding the screening exercise, which will take place at designated locations across the country. Check your registered e-mail address for updates on the selection process regularly.

You must also bring the following documents to the screening center
- Original and photocopies of your credentials
- A print-out of the submission confirmation page
- A valid means of identification such as a Voter’s card, National ID Card, Valid Driver’s License, National Identification Number (NIN), or International Passport (original and its photocopy)
- Two Recent Passport photographs
