- An open day at our head office for all successful nominees (This is an event of interactive activities where successful nominees will be given further insight into what we do at Sterling Bank)
- Essay writing exercise, psychometric test, and panel discussion.
- Final interview with the Head of Human resources.
- Sterling Bank will never request money from any prospective nominees seeking career opportunities in the Bank.

Sterling Bank Recruitment Requirements and Qualifications
Take note of the following requirements:
- A minimum of five (5) distinctions including English and Mathematics in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE)
- Prying nominees should not be more than 26 years at the time of application.
- University Degree or its equivalent with a grade not lower than Second Class Upper Division.
- Experienced qualifications and/or certifications proffer added advantage.
- Must be adjustable and demonstrate the ability to traverse different appointments and work locations.
- Advanced competency in written and verbal English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in an experienced work environment.
- Must have a good understanding of computer applications
- All nominees must have a valid means of identification such as a valid driver’s license, National Identification Card, International passport, Voters card
- Prying nominees must have sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Prying applicants must be physically and mentally fit
- Prying applicants must be of good behavior and composure
