The Federal Government has announced that the Npower Knowledge program will begin in the six geopolitical zones of the nation, including the Federal Capital Territory, through the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development.
The program aims to upskill 20,000 young Nigerians so they can become exporters of top-notch services and content in the information technology and creative industries.
“The training element is focused on fostering youth competencies in software development and hardware training, which will catalyze Nigeria’s competitiveness in the outsourcing market.
The nine-month Npower knowledge training program consists of a three-month centralized in-camp training followed by a six-month apprenticeship spread out over the country’s six geopolitical zones.
Participation in the Npower knowledge program will be limited to 20,000 beneficiaries in total. At the end of the program, qualified trainees would be awarded certificates and attestations.

N-Knowledge Recruitment Requirements and Certifications
A valid form of identification, such as a driver’s license, passport, voter card, or National Identification Number, or NIN, is required to be considered for the position.
