NCIC Shortlisted Candidates include Kenyans who have done all of the following:
- You must have applied successfully for NCIC recruitment.
- Your job application submission must be made before the application deadline.
- Only applicants who meet the recruitment requirements will be shortlisted.
- You can use either your application number or name to check the NCIC shortlist.

How to Check NCIC Shortlisted Candidates 2023
Once the National Cohesion and Integration Commission releases the names of shortlisted candidates, notification will be sent to successful applicants through email or SMS.
If you do not get this message, don’t give up yet; there’s another way to know if your name is on the NCIC shortlist via the application portal.
To check the shortlist online, follow the steps below.
- Go to the NCIC job application portal
- Click Career on the menu bar
- Carefully scroll through the page to locate and download shortlisted candidates
- Open the PDF document
- Then enter your name or application number into the search bar
Instantly after this is done, you will be automatically redirected to the page that contains your name.
The pdf for the shortlist also contains details of the screening exercise, like the date, time, and venue.
