About HWSETA Learnerships

What are the Requirements for HWSETA Learnerships?

It is essential to comprehend the requirements before applying for the HWSETA learnership. Applicants must be citizens of South Africa, aged 18 to 35, and possess a Grade 12 certificate or its equivalent. Candidates must also be willing to commit to the program for the whole of their learnership and have a strong interest in the health and welfare industries.

Steps to Apply for HWSETA Learnerships?

Interested candidates must complete the application and send it to the HWSETA offices for the learnership program. The application is available for download on the HWSETA website. It requires the attachment of a certified copy of the applicant’s ID document and a certified copy of their Grade 12 certificate, or equivalent.

Upon receipt of your application, a selection process will take place to determine which candidates are qualified for the program. In addition to reviewing the applicant’s academic and personal history, this process may involve an interview. The HWSETA will notify the selected candidates, and they will have to show up for an induction before the learnership can begin.
