About the Social Scholarship for Social Change Makers

The change makers scholarship is a program to aid students in developing leadership abilities. It creates room for abroad students to learn skills and impact communities.

Kanthari offers one-year leadership training to individuals who have overcome hardship and are eager to promote moral change. The 1-year program is in two sections:

Seven months residential at the Kanthari campus in Kerala
Five months of mentorship support.

Also, the leadership training is accessible to physically or visually impaired individuals.

Eligibilities for the Scholarship Program

Candidates need to be 22 years of age or older (no upper age limit) and also:
A process to make an impactful social project or initiative,
Advanced English skills (reading, writing, and speaking), and
How to use a computer( the basic Knowledge)

Eligible Country

The program is open to scholars from any country willing to create a positive impact. The program restricts no region from applying.

The application closed on the 30th of June. Applied candidates will receive notifications in august for orientation and training in October. Afterward, the leadership retreat will commence in December.
